Back in 2017 I had the opportunity to learn from legendary guitar technician and Roadie (Deptford) John Armitage how to professionally maintain and service Guitars. Since then I have created a business, which is dedicated to improving the quality and playability of guitars for musicians all over the country...
Whether you're a professional, beginner or a guitar enthusiast, a well setup guitar can make all the difference to improve your playing, performance and overall joy you have for the instrument.
Years of playing, wear and tear (or in some cases neglect), can cause your instrument to become uncomfortable to play.
You may feel that the action is too high or maybe you've noticed there's some annoying buzzing on some of the frets that was never there before, or even worse... you find that there's no sound coming from your guitar after you've plugged it into a amp!!
Whatever the issue is, having a service is the best way to get your guitar playing and sound as good as new!
My workshop is based in Musicbox Studios, UNIT 7, Tollgate Close, Cardiff, CF11 8TN. https://musicboxstudios.co.uk/
Any inquiries with regards to guitar setups, services and repairs, please contact me directly as this is a separate business.
IMPORTANT: Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Customers will be asked to remain outside the building and wait there until I am there to greet them. Please phone me on my mobile to let me know when you have arrived at the arranged time prior to the meeting and masks must be worn at all times.
